This policy explains how Jesus & Loaded Teas · Mobile Nutrition Club ("we," "us"), owned by Crystal Walker of Louisville, Kentucky, handles information on this website.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We never will.
What this website collects
This website does not have accounts, checkout, forms, or comment boxes, and it does not set cookies or use advertising or analytics trackers. Nothing you type here is sent to us.
Information collected by the services we link to
When you click out to another service, that service collects information under its own policy, not ours:
- Class sign-up and drink order forms (Jotform): name, contact details, class date, drink choices and anything else you enter. We receive these submissions to run classes and fill orders. Jotform processes and stores them under its privacy policy.
- Herbalife online store: orders, payment and account details are handled by Herbalife and its payment processors, never by this site. Crystal is an independent Herbalife distributor; Herbalife's privacy policy governs that data.
- Instagram and Facebook: governed by Meta's policies.
- Google Fonts: this page loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details when it does.
How we use what you submit to us
Only to sign you up for classes, prepare and deliver drink orders, answer you, and keep basic records. We do not use it for anything unrelated.
No sale, no sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We disclose it only to service providers that help us run classes and orders (such as the form provider), when the law requires it, or to protect safety and legal rights.
Health information
Please do not put medical details in form fields unless a form specifically asks for them. If you volunteer health information to us, we use it only to keep you safe in class and do not share it.
Retention and your choices
We keep submissions only as long as needed for classes, orders and basic recordkeeping. You may ask us to access, correct or delete what you submitted, and you may opt out of any follow-up messages, by contacting us at the details below. Some rights depend on where you live; we honor reasonable requests wherever you are. Deleting data held by Jotform, Herbalife or Meta must also be requested from them.
Children
This site is for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use reputable providers, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Orders, pricing and products
Herbalife products are purchased through Crystal's official Herbalife store, where Herbalife's own terms, pricing, shipping and return policies apply. Product information here may change or be out of date; the store is the authority.
Drinks ordered through the class sign-up are for pickup at class, are subject to availability, and are paid as stated on the form. Delivery orders follow the delivery form's terms (minimum quantity applies).
Classes and physical activity
Fitness classes involve physical exertion and risk of injury. Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program. By attending you accept those risks, agree to exercise within your limits, and release Crystal Walker and venue hosts from liability for injuries not caused by their gross negligence, to the extent the law permits. Class dates, times and locations may change or be canceled.
Allergies
Drinks and products may contain or come into contact with soy, milk, caffeine and other allergens. Check each product's label. You are responsible for your own dietary needs.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites we link to.
Content and ownership
The logo, photos, text and design on this site belong to Jesus & Loaded Teas or its licensors. Herbalife trademarks and product images belong to Herbalife. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
